VVaxplay is a Belarussian duo comprising Ana Zhdanova and Stas Murashko, formed in 2023 in Warsaw. Ana is a singer-songwriter, whose album Appetizer was nominated for an Expert.by award for best Belarussian electronic album of 2017. Her work is inspired by childhood memories and lo-fi. Stas is a base guitarist and former member of bands like The Toobes (mixing rock and roll, hard rock and punk) and Soyuz (inspired by Tropicália). VVaxplay’s music is a nostalgic, mellow lo-fi with a taste of jazz. Laidback, though focused and emotional.
