Adam Balcer

Adam Balcer is the programme director at the College of Eastern Europe in Wrocław, a lecturer at the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw and a country expert of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). He has authored books, articles and papers in Polish, English and German on Polish foreign policy, the Balkans, Turkey, Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
